The telephone engineer came today and said there is nothing wrong with the line. So I have spent the best part of the day on the telephone to the router support team. I have unplugged and re-plugged countless cables, reset the router, disabled the firewall, done various test and at one point it started working OK. However, since then it has been very hit and miss and my problem is not really solved. Maybe I need new router?! The fault must be with the router as I still cannot connect to the internet if I plug the router directly into my laptop either. I give up – I could scream with frustration.
I have not managed to do much else today, I have put some more Biggy Print,Lurex Shimmer and Cotton Glace in the shop and that is it. It is very hot here still and I am off to have a shower and a glass of wine!! Back tomorrow and I will update the contest then.
