Sorry not to have written. I have had the most terrible headache for 2 days. It is right behind my eyes and, although I have taken painkillers, it still is there.
John’s gout is better – not gone but definitely improving. He is now talking about going away again but I have decided that I do not want to go. He is so picky about everything – must fly first class, car to take us to airport, fussing about Slip being left and so on. I am going to spend my money on a new laptop and desktop instead, and I am going to buy Apple!
Still hot here but feels stormy. Back tomorrow.
